Yes, it's simple to book your graffiti party online. Once you have decided on where you're going to hold your party (at home in the garden, garage, hired hall or somewhere else?) you can follow the steps below...
First select from either the Original or Supercharged package and choose the party size you would like.
Click 'Start Booking' and check our Availability using our online calendar.
Next go through to our booking package, select the highlighted options and input your venue address. You can also choose if want to pay a deposit or the full amount.
Click through to our secure payment page and book your party in.
Once booked and paid for, you will then recieve a booking confirmation with details of your booking via email within a couple fo minutes. ( Check your Junk Mail if you do not receive it)

Paying the artists on the day
You can pay your artist on the day in cash after the party. Our artists do not carry card machines.
The artist will arrive 20-25 minutes before your party to set up which is note included in the party time.
All our parties last for 2 hours. This includes a 15-20 minute break which happens half way through the party and is ideal for serving food or doing the birthday cake.
Please note: The 10 person packages may end 5-10 minutes before the 2 hours are up, due to the fact there are less people attending than the larger packages.
At the end of the 2 hour party, the artist will need 15-20 minutes to clear up, so if you are intending on hiring a venue you will need around a 2.5 - 3 hour hall time.
Once you have booked your party you will receive a confirmation via email with details of what you have booked. (If you don't receive your confirmation please check your junk mail).
So long as we can see all details are correct, we will not contact you until a few days before your event.
Please note that your booking will be only be updated when we have have received your deposit.
All party prices shown include all materials to run the perfect party.
There are also upgrades you can add to your party, such as extra boards if you happen to have an extra guest, or Protective Full Body Coveralls, Goodie Bags, and many more things to make your party that little bit better.
These are all available to buy or book online.
Our graffiti parties can be held indoors or outside (Subject to Covid-19 to restrictions).
If you intend on holding the party indoors, you should select 'Indoors' next to the option 'The party will be held' when booking your party.
Why?
The Indoor spray paints are designed to be used with less ventilation than the traditional spray paints we use.
Change of venue
If you have a change of venue after you make your party booking, you should let us know to ensure we can provide you with the correct paint and equipment.
Winter
During the winter months we recommend using an indoor space like a hired hall, large games room, a garage or a similar venue.
If you can't find an indoor space then using a garden or outdoor space is fine, however it's advisable to let the children know they should wrap up warm!
We also have Gazebos for hire, which can be booked up until 24 hours before your party (subject to availability).
Our gazebos are shower proof, they will not protect participants during a heavy downpour.

If you're unsure about venues, please speak to us before you book.
When you pay with a credit/debit card, a confirmation page loads when you complete the booking process. A copy of your Booking/Order will be sent to you via e-mail.
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail please check your e-mail filter settings and any mailboxes that hold filtered mail. Your Booking summary will include your order number, items or services ordered, date of event, total amount paid and all other necessary details. This information can be accessed through ‘Track Orders’ when you log in as well.
Your party guests should wear old clothes and footwear suitable for a "painting activity" graffiti parties involve the use of paint that can possible stain clothes.
We do sell full body coveralls for children and adults however if you have already booked the Supercharged Party packages, these will come as part of your package.
Graffiti Stars holds no responsibility if guests get paint on their clothes, so please make sure all guests are aware of what to wear before the day.
We typically aim to get to you for around 20- 30 minutes before your party starts, to set up.
This will depend on the size of your party and if you have booked any extras such as a Gazebos or decorations etc...
If there is any reason your artist will be arriving after this they will call you on the number you have provided us with to let you know.
You can cancel your graffiti party with a full refund of your deposit/or full amount if applicable up to 3 weeks before your event date. Notification must be in writing.
Canceling within 14 days of the event
If you cancel after the 14 days point you will for forfeit your deposit paid or 50% off your Full amount paid.
Re-scheduling
Typically you can re-schedule a party with no charge up until 16 hours before your event provided our artist has not started the journey to your event. If our artist(s) have started the journey you will incur the full travel charge applied to your booking. This may include hotel/accommodation costs if applicable.
Re-scheduling must happen within 4 months of your orginal event date.
If you are planning on holding the party outside and the weather is not looking great, you still have some options;
1. Move the party.
We can run our parties indoors in a well ventilated area such as a hired hall, large garage, games room, large class room or similar. The area must have at least 2 doors or 4 windows opening at least 45 degrees to the outside.
2. Use or Hire a Gazebo.
You can hire gazebo from us up until 24 hours before your event however if need to hire this within 72 hours of your event please contact us first to check availability. Assembly Time for gazebos are 20 - 45 minutes depending on size ordered
The gazebo takes 2 - 3 people to assemble. Your party host may be able to help assemble and dismantle the gazebo, however it will be the hirers (you) responsibility to assemble and dismantle the gazebo properly and safely.
Note: Gazebos are showerproof, but they will not protect participants in a heavy persistent downpour and can not be used in high winds.
3. Reschedule
Typically you can reschedule a party with no charge up until 16 hours before your event provided our artist has not started the journey to your event. If our artist(s) has started the journey you will incur the full travel charge applied to your booking. This may include hotel/accommodation costs if applicable.
Rescheduling must happen within 4 months of your orginal event date.
Note - You may be contacted by the artist a day before the event if he/she is aware of bad weather to give you these options and help you with a plan of action. As part of your booking agreement, you will ultimately be responsible for canceling or rescheduling your event.
Yes. All Graffiti Stars artists are DBS checked and typically carry their documents with them to the events.
International Artists
If your artist is not a British citizen, they cannot apply for a UK DBS check unless they have lived in the country 5+ years. In this scenario DBS/police checks are made in the artist's home country. The artist typically takes this to events.
Once you have booked your party, our office can also send a copy of the artists documents ahead of the event if you require.

No. We do these parties every weekend and workshops everyday so we are well drilled in setting up.
We use huge tarpaulin sheets to protect the area we are using (indoors or outside) and in terms of the walls, paint doesn’t not go on the walls as the the spray is directed to the boards on the floor and participants face inwards.
In the unlikely case someone happens to step into paint and walk on the floor outside our painting area, the paint can be removed/ wiped up within 25 minutes.
Many of our Artists & Tutors can not take phone calls due to the nature of their job. Some maybe in workshop or parties painting and some may have other jobs and only work part time. Therefore can only respond to texts most of the time.
If you need to add something to your party the best way is to contact our office directly. We will try our best given enough time.
Any request direct the artist such as extra boards, coveralls, gazebos or other materials can not be guaranteed unfortunately.
