with the appropriate payment and your Order Number. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your order until full payment has been received and cleared.

We recommend that you send cheques, postal orders or vouchers by recorded delivery.

3. BACS. You can make your payment via BACs. Our Bank details are at the bottom of your Invoice. you can download this at the summary Page after ordering. The Invoice will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Using a discount code is easy:

Add the item(s) to your basket

Once you have finished shopping view the basket and enter your discount code in the box marked 'Coupon code' Enter it here'

Press 'Apply' to add the discount to your order

Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and you are not able to use them in conjunction with any other offers.

If you are having trouble redeeming your promotional or unique discount code, please send us an email or call us before placing your order as we will not be able to refund you the discount amount if the code was not applied to your basket or an attempt made to contact us.

Why is my discount code not working?

The discount code you have entered may have expired, may only be applicable certain  items or services. Some codes also have a minimum spend. Please refer to the terms and condition of the offer for more details.

I have forgotten to use my discount code, can I still receive the discount?

Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted we are unable to add discount codes or offers retrospectively.

We must receive at least a 50% deposit or the full amount within 7 days of you booking your workshop. This can be paid via cheque, Bacs, or Debit/Credit Card. 

If you're only paying your deposit, the remaining balance should be paid at least 1 week before the event takes place.

Our full Company Name, Bank and VAT details will be at the bottom of the Invoice.

Can't pay for your wotkshop until after the event takes palce? 

If your orgainsation can not pay for the wokshop until after the event we must be made notifed within 48 hours of you making your booking. 

An additonal £30 charge will be applied to you booking. Please note that we can allow up to 30 days  to make payment, after the 30 days passed you will be charged a percentage of your booking per day unil your payment is made. 

Yes. All Graffiti Stars staff are DBS checked and typically carry their documents with them to the event. 

International Artists

If your artist is not a British citizen, they can not apply for a UK DBS check. In this scenario DBS/police checks are made in the artist home country. The artist typically takes this to events.

Our office can also send copy of the artists documents ahead of the event on request.
